We would love for you to be 100% happy with your 2NDSKIN purchase but if in the case your purchase is not quite right for you, please submit your return through our returns portal here

RETURNS POLICY

Full priced items (with the exception of Klarna & Afterpay orders) purchased online are eligible for a refund, exchange or 110% online store credit, if the following conditions are met:

  • The return must be requested through our returns portal and lodged with the carrier, within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition
  • Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
RETURN FOR REFUND
  1. Submit your return request in our online returns portal.
  2. Allow us up to 24 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved by a member of our team.
  3. Once approved, you will receive details via email on how to return your item.
  4. Please lodge your return with the carrier of your choice at your earliest convenience. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
  5. You will be notified once our warehouse receives your return. We ask customers to allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be issued once we have received the return. A$15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN FOR ONLINE STORE CREDIT OF 110%

  1. Submit your return request in our online returns portal.
  2. Allow us up to 24 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved by a member of our team.
  3. Once approved, you will receive details via email on how to return your item.
  4. Please lodge your return with the carrier of your choice at your earliest convenience.  Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

KLARNA & AFTERPAY
Any full priced items purchased with Klarna or Afterpay are eligible for a credit note* or an exchange* to the full value of the original purchase, or a refund less 8% service fee (please email us at info@2ndskinthelabel.com if you wish to opt for the refund minus the 8% service fee).

EXCHANGES
If you wish to change your size or style, we you contact us at info@2ndskinthelabel.com to make an exchange request or recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance to our return conditions. 

CREDIT NOTES
Online Credit Notes are valid for 1 year from date of issue. 

WELCOME CODE AND FIRST TIME PURCHASE CODE
All items purchased using a “welcome” code or “First time purchase” discount code are eligible for a refund, credit note* or an exchange*, subject to our returns policy.

PROMOTIONAL/SALE DISCOUNTS & CODES
All full priced items purchased using any other promotional/sale codes other than “First time purchase/welcome” codes (eg WELCOME15) are only eligible for credit notes* or exchange*, subject to our returns policy.

OUTLET SALE ITEMS
Outlet sale items often include sample items, past season styles or items with small defects which have been discounted accordingly. Please select carefully, as all sale items are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on final sale items unless they are deemed faulty when received.

FAULTY ITEMS
We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards in quality & all our garments are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will gladly repair the item & if the fault is irreparable, we will replace or refund if a replacement is unavailable, at no cost to you.

Please be aware that due to the nature of the natural tanning process in leathers each leather hide is different and therefore slight colour variances and blemishes occur and are not considered a fault. Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us immediately at info@2ndskinthelabel.com.

STOCKISTS
Returns to 2NDSKIN The Label are for items bought via our website only. If you have purchased a 2NDSKIN piece from a stockist you will need to contact them directly as each store will have their own Returns Policy/Terms and Conditions
