By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes.
This website and its content are provided for personal use only and must not be used for any public or commercial purpose without our consent.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation for any reduction in value.
For major faults, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we may offer a repair. Please retain proof of purchase.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product.
You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance. Your order is confirmed once payment has been processed and dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are items not currently in stock and are made to order specifically for you.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Please allow approximately 10–14 days from order placement for delivery.
All pre-orders are shipped via courier. While we aim to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur and are outside of our control.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time your order is placed. We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
While we take care to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or product details may occur. If an error is identified, we will contact you with the option to proceed or cancel your order.
Please note that colours may vary depending on your screen or device display.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
Payment is processed at the time of order. If your order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you. All transactions are subject to verification and authorisation.
DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional codes may be issued from time to time and are subject to specific terms.
