Did you check your SPAM folder? Please note that we only offer one-time use discount codes that can only be used once per customer. If it’s not lurking in your SPAM folder, perhaps you have already used up your one chance.

No worries. While we can't back-date discount codes to orders already placed, you CAN use this discount code for your next order with us. So if you have received a code as a welcome, this is able to be put towards your next purchase with us as it is a one-time unique discount code associated just to you.

Once your order is placed with us, the sale is final.

We would recommend sticking to your general top size, otherwise please refer to our garment measurements and size guide for further sizing details.

For orders placed before 12pm AEST, we endeavour to process your order the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after close of business 5pm AEST Friday – Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. During sale events, new collection launches and or Public Holidays there may be a slightly longer processing time.

2NDSKIN The Label is a bespoke brand that places emphasis on craftsmanship and environmental consciousness rather than mass production. Every garment is meticulously handmade and tailored to order. We take great pride in uniting style with sustainability.

2NDSKIN’s standard delivery time from initial online order is approximately seven – ten (7-10) days. Should this vary due to stock availability you will be advised by info@2ndskinthelabel.com. When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider that the order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.

All 2NDSKIN orders are delivered from our Bali warehouse and or Sydney warehouse directly to the address as indicated on your order. All deliveries are made by DHL Courier ex Bali and or via Australia Post Parcel Service ex Sydney.

It is strongly recommended that the delivery address provided be attended during business hours Monday – Friday 09.00am – 5.00pm. When completing your order form please include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code, Country and Phone Number.

Please keep in mind any orders dispatched from our Bali warehouse, may arrive outside of the estimated time frame, due to possible customs processing delays.

2NDSKIN offers free shipping on orders over $150 for Australia and New Zealand. For all International orders a flat shipping fee of $15 applies. We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping with our reputable delivery services.. All countries have different rules and regulations regarding taxes, duties and customs regulations. Our international shipping does not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at your destination country. These are beyond our control and every country is different. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly or visiting their website to see what your country's rules are. If you refuse a shipment from 2NDSKIN, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to 2NDSKIN.

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in stock, but are being made to order for you and then shipped immediately to you, the customer. When submitting a pre-order, we request payment at this time, just like normal order(s).

Please allow 10 -14 days from initial order placement date to delivery.  All pre-orders will be shipped via DHL courier services.  Please be aware that shipment delays may occur in your region and we cannot be held responsible for such delays at this time.

Our sincerest apologies if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. As soon as your order arrives, please email an image of the fault, along with your proof of purchase to info@2ndskinthelabel.com.

RETURNS POLICY

Full priced items (with the exception of Klarna & Afterpay orders) purchased online are eligible for a refund, exchange or 110% online store credit, if the following conditions are met:

  • The return must be requested through our returns portal and lodged with the carrier, within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition
  • Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

RETURN FOR REFUND

  1. Submit your return request in our online returns portal.
  2. Allow us up to 24 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved by a member of our team.
  3. Once approved, you will receive details via email on how to return your item.
  4. Please lodge your return with the carrier of your choice at your earliest convenience. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
  5. You will be notified once our warehouse receives your return. We ask customers to allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be issued once we have received the return. A$15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN FOR ONLINE STORE CREDIT OF 110%

  1. Submit your return request in our online returns portal.
  2. Allow us up to 24 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved by a member of our team.
  3. Once approved, you will receive details via email on how to return your item.
  4. Please lodge your return with the carrier of your choice at your earliest convenience.  Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
  5. You will be notified once our warehouse receives your return. We ask customers to allow up to 48 hours for your 110% online store credit to be issued once we have received the return.
