Your piece will feel structured on first wear. This is intentional. Over time the leather relaxes and settles into your shape.

For the fastest result, you are also welcome to place a new order in your preferred size and return the original for a refund or store credit.

Each 2NDSKIN piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–10 days for production before your order is dispatched.

Orders placed before 12pm Sydney time on a business day enter production that day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, begin the next business day.

Once dispatched, orders are sent via DHL Express from our Bali studio or Australia Post from Sydney. You will receive tracking details by email.

During sale periods and collection launches, production may take a little longer. If there is any delay with your order, we will let you know.

We offer free shipping on orders over $300 within Australia and New Zealand.

A flat rate shipping charge of $15 will be charged on orders under $300.

For international orders, a flat rate of $20 applies.

All orders are shipped via our trusted delivery partners to ensure a fast and reliable service.

Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.

Please note that international orders may be subject to these charges, which are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused, any return shipping costs and associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Every 2NDSKIN piece is made to order. When a leather sells out, we order a new batch, and pieces in that leather become available to pre-order.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase, as with all orders.

Once the new leather arrives, your piece is handcrafted especially for you. Please allow approximately 10–14 days for delivery. All pre-orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location.

RETURNS POLICY

Full-priced items (excluding Afterpay purchases) are eligible for a refund, exchange, or 110% online store credit, provided:

• Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Please note: Archive Sale purchases are eligible for exchange or a credit note only, valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Refunds are not offered on Archive Sale purchases.

RETURN FOR REFUND

• Please allow up to 24 hours for approval
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Once received:
• Allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be processed
• A $15 processing fee applies
