SHIPPING

Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed after 5pm AEST Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday. Please note that during sale periods, new collection launches or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTION

2NDSKIN The Label is a bespoke brand that prioritises craftsmanship over mass production. Each piece is individually handcrafted, and we ask that you allow approximately 7–10 days for processing.

If your order timeline varies due to stock availability, our team will contact you directly.

SHIPPING

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from either our Bali or Sydney warehouse.

  • DHL Express Courier (Bali warehouse)
  • Australia Post Parcel Service (Sydney warehouse)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at info@2ndskinthelabel.com.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).

Please ensure all address details are entered correctly, including:

  • Street number and name
  • Suburb
  • Postcode
  • Country
  • Contact phone number

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Orders cannot be processed without complete delivery information, and 2NDSKIN is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing details.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Australia & New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $150
  • International: $20 flat rate worldwide
  • All orders are fully trackable once shipped

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. This includes adding or removing items, combining orders, or updating delivery details.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

All international shipments are declared at full value. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or reduce declared values.

If a shipment is refused, you will be responsible for any original shipping costs, duties, taxes and return fees incurred.
