Our pieces are crafted from premium leather designed to soften, stretch slightly and mould to your body over time, creating a personalised fit unique to you.
We recommend choosing your true size, as the leather will naturally soften with wear.
Your piece should feel firm and structured on first wear — this is completely normal.
As you wear it, the leather will begin to soften and adapt to your body, becoming more comfortable and uniquely yours over time.
If your piece feels slightly fitted initially, this is intentional and ensures the best long-term fit.
Of course. If your requested size is available when we receive your return, we will be happy to process an exchange.

Orders placed before 12 PM AEST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5 PM AEST on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Each piece is individually handcrafted to order, ensuring the exceptional quality and finish 2NDSKIN is known for, please allow 7–10 days for production and processing. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.
Orders are shipped from our Bali or Sydney warehouse, depending on stock availability, and delivered via DHL (Bali) or Australia Post (Sydney).
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within Australia and New Zealand.
For international orders, a flat rate of $20 applies.
All orders are shipped via our trusted delivery partners to ensure a fast and reliable service.
Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.
Please note that international orders may be subject to these charges, which are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused, any return shipping costs and associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
A pre-order allows you to secure a piece that is not currently in stock and is made to order specifically for you.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase, as with all orders.
As each piece is individually handcrafted, please allow approximately 10–14 days for delivery. All pre-orders are shipped via DHL Express.

RETURNS POLICY
Full-priced items (excluding Afterpay purchases) are eligible for a refund, exchange, or 110% online store credit, provided:
• Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
RETURN FOR REFUND
• Submit your return via our Returns Portal
• Please allow up to 24 hours for approval
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
Once received:
• Allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be processed
• A $15 processing fee applies
RETURN FOR ONLINE STORE CREDIT OF 110%
• Submit your return via our Returns Portal
• Allow up to 24 hours for approval
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
Once received:
• Your 110% online store credit will be issued within 48 hours
