Did you check your SPAM folder? Please note that we only offer one-time use discount codes that can only be used once per customer. If it’s not lurking in your SPAM folder, perhaps you have already used up your one chance.

No worries. While we can't back-date discount codes to orders already placed, you CAN use this discount code for your next order with us. So if you have received a code as a welcome, this is able to be put towards your next purchase with us as it is a one-time unique discount code associated just to you.

Once your order is placed with us, the sale is final.

We would recommend sticking to your general top size, otherwise please refer to our garment measurements and size guide for further sizing details.

Orders placed before 12 PM AEST are processed on the same business day, while those placed after 12 PM AEST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5 PM AEST on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Please note that during sale events, new collection launches, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2NDSKIN The Label is a bespoke brand that prioritises craftsmanship and environmental consciousness over mass production. Every garment is meticulously handmade and tailored to order, ensuring a perfect balance of style and sustainability.

As each piece is handcrafted, please allow 7–10 days for processing. If stock availability affects this timeframe, you will be notified via info@2ndskinthelabel.com. Please note that order processing will commence only after credit card authorisation and address verification are completed.

All 2NDSKIN orders are shipped from either our Bali or Sydney warehouse directly to the address provided at checkout. Deliveries are handled by DHL Courier (ex Bali) or Australia Post Parcel Service (ex Sydney).

2NDSKIN offers free shipping on orders over $150 for Australia and New Zealand. For all International orders a flat shipping fee of $15 applies. We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping with our reputable delivery services.. Each country has its own rules and regulations regarding taxes, duties, and customs. Our international shipping does not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs in your destination country, as these are beyond our control. Charges and regulations vary, so we recommend contacting your local customs office or visiting their website for specific information.

If you choose to refuse a shipment from 2NDSKIN, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any import and return fees incurred when the package is sent back to us.

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in stock, but are being made to order for you and then shipped immediately to you, the customer. When submitting a pre-order, we request payment at this time, just like normal order(s).

Please allow 10 -14 days from initial order placement date to delivery.  All pre-orders will be shipped via DHL courier services.  Please be aware that shipment delays may occur in your region and we cannot be held responsible for such delays at this time.

Our sincerest apologies if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. As soon as your order arrives, please email an image of the fault, along with your proof of purchase to info@2ndskinthelabel.com.

RETURNS POLICY

Full priced items (with the exception of Klarna & Afterpay orders) purchased online are eligible for a refund, exchange or 110% online store credit, if the following conditions are met:

  • The return must be requested through our returns portal and lodged with the carrier, within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition
  • Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

RETURN FOR REFUND

  1. Submit your return request in our online returns portal.
  2. Allow us up to 24 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved by a member of our team.
  3. Once approved, you will receive details via email on how to return your item.
  4. Please lodge your return with the carrier of your choice at your earliest convenience. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
  5. You will be notified once our warehouse receives your return. We ask customers to allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be issued once we have received the return. A$15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN FOR ONLINE STORE CREDIT OF 110%

  1. Submit your return request in our online returns portal.
  2. Allow us up to 24 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved by a member of our team.
  3. Once approved, you will receive details via email on how to return your item.
  4. Please lodge your return with the carrier of your choice at your earliest convenience.  Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
