PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES


For orders placed before 12pm AEST, we endeavour to process your order the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after close of business 5pm AEST Friday – Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. During sale events, new collection launches and or Public Holidays there may be a slightly longer processing time. 

All 2NDSKIN orders are hand picked and packed from our Bali warehouse or Sydney warehouse directly to the address as indicated on your order. All of our deliveries are made by DHL Couriers ex Bali and or via Australia Post Parcel Service ex Sydney, Australia It is strongly recommended that the delivery address provided be attended during business hours Monday – Friday 09.00am – 5.00pm. When completing your order form please include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code, Country and Phone Number. Unfortunately we are unable deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Orders cannot be processed without this information, and 2NDSKIN will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing information. Please be sure to indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes. If you have a general delivery questions please email info@2ndskinthelabel.com.

Please keep in mind any orders dispatched from our Bali warehouse, may arrive outside of the estimated time frame, due to possible customs processing delays.

2NDSKIN’s standard delivery time from initial online order is approximately seven – fourteen (7-14) days. Should this vary due to stock availability you will be advised by info@2ndskinthelabel.com. When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider that the order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred. 

Upon despatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, make sure you’ve scoped out your junk and spam folders in case the automatic notification has been sent there. Still no luck? CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. No further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

CUSTOMS/ IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES 

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. 2NDSKIN will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from 2NDSKIN, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. 2NDSKIN cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce customs fees.
